Our most popular package which offers assistance tying up loose ends, making confirmation calls to all vendors and collaboratively building a detailed weekend timeline for everyone to follow. You’ve planned every detail, made a day-of timeline and you just need someone to lead your vendor team and oversee the big day. That’s where our Day-of services come in. We work with your hired professionals and oversee that the tasks listed on your timeline are completed by them. We greet your vendors, help them with orientation and setup, and work together to ensure the day runs smoothly.

Party & Event Planning
We offer assistance and full planning for your next birthday celebration, bridal shower, baby shower, prom, bar mitzvah, fundraiser, Corporate event, Open House, etc. We can help you locate a venue and select vendors. Contact us today and let us take the stress away so you can be a guest at your own party!
Event Laborers
Sometimes you need people to work your event so you can enjoy it. Once the hot food is delivered we can work with the caterer to set up the buffet, set your tables, bus tables, scrape plates, take out the trash, and clean as we go. Our team can lend a hand and act as waitstaff, bussers and custodians.
Customized quotes based upon your needs
A ratio of 1 laborer per 20 guests is required.
(Locations beyond 30 minutes travel time will be charged a travel fee)

I offer unlimited email and phone communication. If invited and available, I’d like to listen in on your final vendor appointments to collect information to prepare for your event. You are guaranteed at least one Google Meet with me in the weeks leading up to your wedding when we finalize your event timeline.

We service upstate NY mostly but are happy to travel wherever our clients have the need. Any travel fees will be included in your quote for service. Anything beyond 1.5 hours from my address will require the client to provide overnight accommodations.

Every wedding is unique so therefore every quote for service is custom built around each unique client. My fees are based on location, distance, your needs and are backed by my experience and professionalism. As a general idea, you should plan to spend anywhere from $1,750-$4,000 for Coordination services and over $6,000 for Planning Assistance.
I suggest we schedule a phone call to discuss your needs, what services you require and how a Coordinator can help. A custom quote will be delivered to you within 24 hours after our chat, and you will then have 7 days to discuss it with your fiancé and decide.

Normally the venue or rental company will set up your ceremony chairs. I do offer this service as an add-on package for an additional fee. The same is true for moving ceremony chairs during cocktail hour into your reception tent. If the venue cannot do this task, I can provide the staffing to do so for an additional fee.

Wether you go with a Day-of or a Month-out Coordinator, our wedding day tasks are the same. We typically arrive 3 hours prior to ceremony, check in with the client(s) and get brought up to speed on everything. I ask that ceremony items be labeled and placed at ceremony location so that I can assist in placing them. The same is true for Cocktail and Reception items. I can place signage, set up place cards (must be provided with labeled diagram), set up escort cards (must be alphabetized), set up favors, set up the kids table, gift table, memory table, etc., greet your vendors and assist them with the logistics, oversee the work done by your vendors is how you wish, keep everyone on schedule, check-in with clients and assist photographer with First Look if needed. I am the go-to/point person for your vendors and bridal party.

A Coordinator assists your vendor team and oversees the decor, timeline, wedding details, and schedule. We do not:
Hang drapery or garland
Heat up catering dishes
Setup or monitor a buffet
Clean bathrooms or the Bridal Suite
Unload, move, setup, pour or serve alcohol
Haul ice, set up coolers and put beverages on ice
Break down and package up leftover food or bar
Build things (arbors, bars, photo booths, podiums, or the like)
Breakdown folding tables and stack chairs at the end of the night
Operate generators, fix circuit breakers, dig a trench to bury wiring (yes, I have been asked to do that!)
Transport people in my personal vehicle
Ignite fireworks
Drive a boat or operate heavy machinery
Move or pack up your personal belongings
Take responsibility for (including dropping in postal mail) the marriage certificate
If you need assistance with one or more of these tasks (in addition to a Coordinator) I’d be happy to add on such services for an additional fee. If all you seek is someone to do one or more of the above tasks, check out my Event Laborer package.

You will have 7 days after receiving your quote for service to reply. If you agree to move forward with my services I will forward you a contract and ask for a $550 (Month-Out) or $250 (Day-of) deposit. I will only work one wedding a weekend, so once the deposit is paid, my services are locked in!
